Barre Intensity® incorporates intensive strength building exercises at the barre using weights, Pilates, and dance.
Barre Intensity® will transform your body, developing into one with core strength, flexibility and overall balance. The technique infuses a warm-up, weight use, and exercises at the ballet barre that targets your seat, thighs, and abdominals. Each section of the workout is followed by stretching; improving flexibility and creating long lean muscles without adding any bulk.
