Class Descriptions

Barre Mix
All levels are welcome! This 55 minute cardiovascular complete body workout combines strength building exercises with deep stretches to create long lean muscles.


Barre Intensity®
This advanced 75 minute class challenges even the most experienced athlete to push themselves to their fullest potential. Upbeat music provides the fuel needed for not only an extremely intense workout but also a fun one!


Cardio Reformer
This fun and exciting, advanced reformer class incorporates the jump board for most of the intense 55 minute workout. Jumping strengthens the body's musculoskeletal system without the impact that other traditional cardio methods can induce. This class will not only flatten the abs and condition the entire body, but will also keep the heart rate elevated which is necessary for burning extra calories.

Core incorporating Barre Intensity
This 55 minute intense strength training workout incorporates the ideas of Barre Intensity and Pilates while sharing focus with strengthening, balance, endurance, and flexiblity.



Pure Mature Pilates
This sophisticated workout caters to clients 55 and older. It is great for beginners as well as seasoned Pilates practitioners. Treat yourself to a deluxe hour of stretching and lengthening created just for our pure and mature.


Mat Pilates
This open level class incorporates the use of props such as balls, bands, and rings with classical Pilates mat exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body.


Tone
A high energy, fast paced strength training class that utilizes props such as resistance bands and hand weights to sculpt and define the entire body.


Belly Tone
Belly Tone is an innovative mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Belly Dancing.  The focus is not only on flexibility, strength and stability, but also on core conditioning through unique belly dancing moves in rhythm with music.  Every class ends with a soothing stretch and meditation.


ZUMBA
ZUMBA combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
